All Brighton Licensed Loan Officers will be able to participate in our 10X Team Builder program. 10X is a Tier Level Team Building Recruitment Override compensation plan for recruiting.

IMPORTANT

• If a Loan Officer is Recruited by a Real Estate Agent, the Agent cannot be compensated for personal referrals on the 10X Teambuilder recruiting program.
• If the Team Lead, Broker Of Record, or Broker Owner is the referral source of the loan, they cannot receive 10X compensation. All self-generated loans originated and closed by loan officers are approved for total compensation.
